Eat sustainably - Too Good to Go

Beyond Ordinary Cafes are taking part in the Too Good to Go scheme to reduce food waste.

Every day, unsold food from restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and shops is offered at (much) reduced prices close to closing time. Otherwise, this food goes to waste simply because it was not sold in time. The Too Good to Go app supports the reduction of food waste and allows you to skip cooking and enjoy a great dinner at a great price. Simply go into the app before heading home, pick an offer and get yourself a surprise package of food.

On 22 February, there will be an opportunity to meet and talk with reps of the Too Good to Go operation in Oxford at Andrew Wiles Building and Holder Cafe.

Which Beyond Ordinary cafes offer Too Good to Go bags?

Depending on the amount of surplus food, you can find bags from:

  • Andrew Wiles
  • Biochemistry
  • Tulip Cafe
  • Wellcome Trust Cafe
  • Norham Gardens Cafe
  • Manor Road
  • University Club
